Licence agreement

The licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PrimoEngine. The free version costs nothing and does not expire.

Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase, does not expire and has no monthly fee. It covers 1 Mac at a time.

Moving to a new Mac

Deactivate Premium on the old Mac and activate it on the new one with the same code. If the old Mac broke or is gone, write to apps@oprimo.dev and we free it up.

The licence check

The app confirms Premium with our server from time to time, at most every 14 days. If the Mac stays offline longer than that, Premium pauses until the next connection. The free version works offline.

What is yours

The wallpapers you make are yours. You can use, export and share them however you like, and we claim nothing over them.

What is not allowed

• Reselling, renting, lending or redistributing the app, the licence code or the wallpapers from our catalog.
• Using the same Premium on more than one Mac at a time.
• Bypassing, removing or altering activation and the licence check, or extracting Premium wallpapers.
• Reverse engineering beyond what Brazilian law expressly allows.

What stays ours

The code, the design, the catalog wallpapers, the shaders, the name and the brand remain oprimo.dev’s. Buying gives you the right to use, not ownership.

Ending the licence

You can stop whenever you like: just uninstall. We only end a licence after a chargeback or a clear breach of the rules above, and even then only after trying to talk to you.
