Who we are

PrimoEngine is made by PRIMODEV CONSULTORIA EM TI LTDA, a Brazilian company that signs as oprimo.dev. For anything, including this page, write to apps@oprimo.dev.

What PrimoEngine is

An animated wallpaper app for macOS, distributed directly by us. The free version is free forever and asks for no account, card or email.

Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks the Premium collection and live wallpapers on the lock screen. It is not a subscription: you pay once and use it. Use is governed by the licence agreement, which has its own page.

What you can do

• Use the free version on as many Macs as you like, for as long as you like.
• Make your own wallpapers, import your own videos and tune everything your way.
• Export the wallpapers you made and share the .livewallpaper files with anyone, by AirDrop, email or however you like.
• Use the app on your work computer.

What you cannot do

• Extract, copy or redistribute the wallpapers from our catalog, free or Premium, outside the app.
• Resell, lend or publish your licence code.
• Bypass, remove or alter the licence check.
• Share wallpapers with illegal content, third-party content you have no right to use, or code meant to harm whoever installs it.
• Overload or attack our servers, or automate access to the catalog.

Wallpapers people share

We do not host, review or receive the wallpapers people make and trade with each other. Whoever shares something is responsible for it and for the rights to it.

To protect you, the app treats every imported file as unknown: shaders can only draw pixels, and web wallpapers run isolated, with no internet and no access to your files. That holds for every file, wherever it came from.

Purchase, payment and receipt

The seller is PRIMODEV CONSULTORIA EM TI LTDA. In US dollars, payment goes through Stripe, by card. In Brazilian reais, it goes through InfinitePay, by Pix or card.

Either way, after paying your licence code shows on screen and arrives at the email you gave.

The price is shown before any click. We may change prices in the future, and a change never affects a purchase already made.

Final sale

Premium unlocks instantly and the wallpapers go straight to your Mac, so the purchase is final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. The free version exists so you can try before paying.

This does not remove the rights consumer law gives you. If something does not work, write to apps@oprimo.dev.

If a purchase is refunded or disputed, its licence is switched off.

Changes to the product

PrimoEngine is still being developed, and features and wallpapers may be added, changed or removed in new versions. The free version stays free.

Limits

The app is provided as is. We do what is within our reach for it to work well, but we do not promise it fits a specific use or that it will never fail.

Nothing here removes the legal guarantees of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code, which apply regardless.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute is heard where the consumer lives, as the Consumer Defence Code requires.
